Fill the openings requested by the Sales team to provide clients with high-performance technical resources.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and support the expansion of IT teams globally.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for a wide range of technical positions. You will leverage your recruiting expertise to attract top talent while remaining agile in a constantly evolving recruitment landscape.
This position requires a high level of adaptability, openness to change, and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in building a strong technical talent pipeline and contributing directly to the success of international IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using a variety of channels and platforms
- Interview technical candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates
- Follow up with new hires during their first 3 months in the company
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess technical and soft skills
- Craft and send personalized outreach messages to passive candidates
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Participate in tech events, conferences, and meetups
- Promote the company as an innovative and adaptable place to work
- Stay up to date with technology trends and recruitment best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing the full recruitment life cycle
- 3+ years of experience recruiting and interviewing IT profiles
- Proven experience hiring Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, SREs, Architects, QA, and similar roles
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social media)
- Ability to understand and clearly explain technical job requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, IT, or related fields
- Experience recruiting for the US market is a strong plus
- Fluent English (written and verbal) is mandatory
- Strong adaptability and ability to work in a changing environment
